around 22:00 on October 20, 2016, the Defendant demanded the victim of the police to return home to Korea after being called up for a 112 report pertaining to the failure column C located within the jurisdiction of the State Party B, which was called up on October 20, 2016 and called up for “the victim of the police officer called up to Korea, E, F, and G,” and “the victim of the police officer called up to Korea.”
