Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On October 2, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment for the crime of intrusion upon residence in the Daegu District Court racing support, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on March 29, 2020 at the Daegu Detention Center.
【Criminal Facts】
1. Intrusion upon residence;
A. A. On July 16, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 16:20 on July 16, 2020, at around 16:20, the Defendant: (b) opened an entrance, without any particular reason, under the influence of alcohol, at a house where the victim C (here, 65 years of age) residing in B; and (c) opened the said house, and intruded on the victim’s residence.
B. Around July 28, 2020, the Defendant committed the crime, around 12:00 on July 28, 2020, opened an entrance without any particular reason, and opened the entrance, without any special reason, at around 65 years of age, in the house where the victim C (here, 65 years of age) residing in B of the racing, and invaded the victim’s residence.
2. Intimidation;
A. A. Around July 16, 2020, the Defendant threatened the victims C (V, 65 years of age) with the date and time stated in paragraph (a) of Article 1, at a place where alcohol is conducted, and without any justifiable reason, by stating, “If they appear in the eye of the C, f.m. f. f. kniff. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f.”
B. On July 22, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 16:00 on July 22, 2020, on the part of the Defendant: (b) around July 22, 2020, the term “the victim was working in the dry field owned by the victim D (mae, 67 years old); (c) was under the influence of alcohol, and (d) was, without any justifiable reason, determined as “the victim was dead-ra; (d) was treated as a person with a duty of taxing and treating, and threatened the victim by hand.”
C. On July 25, 2020, the Defendant committed a crime at around 05:45 on July 25, 2020, the larger interest is that “The Defendant she works in a dry field owned by the victim D (mae, 67 years old) in Sin-si, Sin-si on July 25, 202, and without any particular reason, she will flick and flick.
