1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months;
2. Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Since 1996, the Defendant, as a business chain that produces and supplies beering support units, which are parts for military use, produced by D 21 vehicles, entered into D 21 vehicles, was employed in E in around 1994, and was in charge of overall management and inspection of parts while working in the quality control department from around 1996.
When the Defendant received a request to submit a test report on the materials of the above parts in supplying the above bending support team, the Defendant altered the test report of the relevant parts on the ground that some of the test report received does not conform to the standard specifications, and then, issued the report as if it was duly formed to the employee in charge of the inspection of D Co., Ltd. who knows such fact, and then received the pass disposal of the parts from the employee in charge of the inspection and received the delivery of the parts.
1. Around October 2011, the Defendant altered private documents: (a) contained a test report (number: G) in the name of the president of the Korea Testing and Research Institute under the name of the president of the Korea Testing and Research Institute (F) who had been previously kept in the E office in Gyeyang-si, Yangsan-si; and (b) changed the result of compressed robbery from “220.9 to “280.9” to “139.2” to “179.2.
Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the defendant altered the test report under the name of the president of the Korea Testing and Research Institute, which is a private document related to certification of facts.
2. On September 201, E was ordered by D Co., Ltd. to supply 96 support units for bending and 560 units for bending around September 201.
On November 10, 2011, the Defendant requested the E office to inspect the parts ordered using the ERP computer system with the results of the alteration as described in the foregoing Paragraph 1 at the above E office, and is not aware of such alteration.
