1. Defendant A
A. On March 19, 2019, the Defendant is the representative director of the “Stock Company B (B)”, a corporation established for the purpose of the operation of construction business on the second floor of the Seo-gu Daejeon-gu Daejeon, and the “B” is the general manager of the “Esung Party Education Center Remodeling” located in the Chungcheong-dong D, Chungcheongnam-do, 2019, which was performed from March 14, 2019, and is responsible for the fair management of construction and safety management of workers.
