Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the owner of the farmland B in Yongsan-gu, Busan Metropolitan City.

Any person who intends to divert farmland shall obtain permission from the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry for the diversion of farmland, as prescribed by the President.

Nevertheless, on July 2014, the Defendant, in the farmland located in the agricultural promotion area around July 2014, installed a vinyl house of approximately 380 square meters for the purpose of warehouse without obtaining permission from the competent authorities, and used the said vinyl for the purpose of residence from November 2016 to January 15, 2018.
