Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The relationship between the parties 1) Plaintiff A (hereinafter “the deceased”)

(2) Defendant H is the owner of J Poter cargo vehicle (hereinafter “instant cargo vehicle”), and Defendant Han Lan Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Hanan Insurance Co., Ltd.”) is the insurer who entered into a comprehensive automobile insurance contract regarding the instant cargo vehicle.

B.
