A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] On December 8, 2004, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 years in Seoul High Court to imprisonment with labor for violating the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and Protection of Victims (Special Robbery, Rape, etc.). On May 4, 2006, the same court sentenced six months to perjury and completed the execution of the sentence in Daejeon Prison on September 4, 2012.

1. On February 9, 2013, the Defendant: (a) on February 9, 2013, acquired a victim’s driver’s license under the name of the victim C, a copy of the victim’s name, a copy of the resident registration certificate under the name of the victim, a debit card two, and a paper closure of the right of KRW 0,000,00,00, in front of the new world department store located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu.

The Defendant did not go through necessary procedures such as returning the acquired property to the victim, and embezzled it on his own mind.

2. Larceny;

A. On February 15, 2013, at around 04:55, the Defendant followed the victim E returning home in front of the Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, and cut off the victim’s hand room (one hundred and fifty thousand won in cash, one cellular phone, one galtho-si mobile phone, two physical cards, and one credit card) being used by the victim in his/her hand.

B. On February 17, 2013, at around 02:35, the Defendant cut off one room (including one resident registration certificate in the victim’s name, one credit card, two physical cards, and one wall) where the victim satise the shoulder, following the victim G returning home from the front route of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Incheon.

3. Around February 16, 2013, the Defendant: (a) discovered the H’s phone number from the I-to-pur glass window, which was on the parking lot for the civil petitioner in the Incheon detention center; (b) called “H” and called “H” to “H,” and used the H-to-purd passenger car from “H,” as if it was a well-known one with the husband of the H.

The defendant is at around 01:30 on February 18, 2013, he/she shall be detached.
