1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is the former representative director of G Co., Ltd. and the president of H Group (hereinafter “G”) Strategy Council.

Defendant B is an online newspaper enterpriser as the publisher of online newspaper E, and Defendant C is an editor of E and Defendant D is a reporter belonging to E.

B. Around August 5, 2008, the non-prosecution decision 1 on the Plaintiff related to the I case: (a) the Plaintiff was investigated on the grounds that the representative of the I’s affiliated company in the I’s territory in the I’s territory in the I’s Republic of Korea, assisted and abetted the Plaintiff to follow alcohol and encourage amusement; and (b) the Plaintiff committed indecent act by force; and (c) the prosecutor was investigated on August 19, 2009 by the Plaintiff.
