Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 30, 201, at around 16:50 on June 30, 201, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the Defendant’s business; (b) was under the influence of alcohol in the bicycle riding stairs located in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City; (c) obstructed the Defendant’s entrance; (d) obstructed the Defendant’s entrance on the ground that C, a security personnel of the security personnel; and (c) obstructed the Defendant’s entrance; (d) obstructed the Defendant’s entrance; and (d) obstructed the Defendant’s entrance; and (e) obstructed the Plaintiff’s normal business by force, and obstructed the Defendant’s entrance; and (e) obstructed the Defendant’s entrance into the left-hand side of the instant security personnel for about 14 days; and (e) obstructed the Plaintiff’s entrance into the left-hand side of the instant security personnel, which requires medical treatment.
