Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On April 19, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced by the Seoul High Court for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective, deadly weapons, etc.), and completed the execution of the sentence on April 11, 2014.
1. Around 14:40 on June 4, 2016, the Defendant interfered with the business, on the ground that he was prohibited from having access at the entrance of the 1st floor of the Korea Racing Association DD branch located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, and obstructed the maintenance of the order and inspection order of the victims by force for about 25 minutes, such as making the victim E and the victim F, who is security personnel of the said D branch of the Marina Society D branch, “I will do so. A. B.
