Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 07:15 on June 18, 2016, the Defendant driving a DNA cargo vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license in a section of about 100 meters from the front of the other two-dong community service center located in 371 at the request of Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Gyeonggi-do to the front road of the C in the same Gu from around 100 meters to the front road of the Gu.

2. The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a DPoter cargo vehicle.

On June 18, 2016, the Defendant driven the above vehicle without obtaining a driver's license at around 07:15 on June 18, 2016, and proceeded at the speed of two lanes in front of the members of the C Council located in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, Seoul along one lane from the right edge to the tunnel of the members of the crew.

At the same time, signal lights have been installed on the front door, so the driver of the vehicle has a duty of care to live well in the front door, maintain the car and safety distance in the front door, and prevent the accident by accurately manipulating the brake system according to the traffic condition.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not properly look at the front, and had the front part of the F-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing-Wing Ling, who was temporarily stopped at the front of the same lane as the front part of the said cargo vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as salt, tension, etc., in need of approximately two weeks of treatment due to occupational negligence.
