Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 13:50 on January 19, 2013, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license, driven a BpD car at approximately 16km from the front of the Central Highway Down-ri, which is located in the Geumwon, to the Daegu-do Office of Highway 284km in the same city.
