Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 20, 2013, at around 16:27, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license, driven B Poter cargo at a section of about 2 km from the front side of the oriental medical hospital located in the Master’s Zone of Chuncheon City to the front side of the Central Expressway in the same city of 16:30 on the same day.
