A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was to teach the defendant for about one year, around 2017, with the victim B(n, 49 years of age) and around 2017, and was at the first half of the year in 2018.

1. On September 28, 2018, the Defendant: (a) 00:15, 2018, the victim was called on the victim’s phone; (b) found the victim’s phone in Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun, on the ground that he did not receive the telephone; (c) destroyed the gate door door at hand, and removed 42,000 won of the market price, which was installed on the wall; and (d) removed TV installed on the wall at the wall, from the wall, 1.5 million won of the market price; and (d) destroyed and damaged the 450,000,000 won of the market price, and continuously destroyed and damaged the 1,000,000 won of the market price.

Accordingly, the Defendant damaged property, such as the entrance key, 42-person TV, electric scam, scambry, mixing, etc.

In the date and time set forth in paragraph 1, at the place, the injured Defendant: (a) sounded the victim’s “whether he or she has received a telephone or why he or she has no reason to leave his or her gender”; (b) assaulted the victim’s head part once by drinking the victim’s head part; (c) when the victim embowed the Defendant who destroyed property as described in paragraph 1, the victim embowed the victim’s right shoulder part of the victim’s right shoulder with his left part one time; and (d) inflicted an injury on the victim by assaulting the victim for about 14-day medical treatment.
