1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 651,167,121 as well as KRW 220,00,000 among them, from October 16, 2019 to the date of full payment.

Description of Claim

A. On September 9, 2010, the Plaintiff was sentenced to the Gwangju District Court’s Net Branch of the Gwangju District Court for “the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff 220,000,000 won and 100,000,000 won out of them, 5% per annum from May 21, 2009 to June 17, 2010, and 20% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment.” The above judgment became final and conclusive on October 13, 2010.

B. Therefore, according to the above judgment, the Defendant is obligated to pay the amount calculated by applying the rate of 20% per annum to the sum of the principal (220,000,000 won) and interest (431,167,121 won) and 651,167,121 won, and 220,000,000 won among them from October 16, 2019 to the date of full payment.

Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act (Judgment without Oral Proceedings) of the applicable provisions of Acts
