A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 5, 2018, the Defendant listened to the speech that “the Defendant would allow a loan by means of withdrawing money from a passbook and raising transaction performance” by telephone from a person who is not aware of his name in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter referred to as Gangseo-gu) and sent him to F a photograph of the front and password, etc. of the passbook entered in the name of the Defendant (E).

On August 28, 2017, the Seoul Gangseo Police Station received the phone call from a person whose name was not known that the Defendant would receive a loan by setting a transaction record and raising credit rating in the same manner as this case and notified him of the name of the Defendant’s G account number and password to a person who is not known, and immediately thereafter, received an investigation related to the “Sing” crime, and thus, it could not be used even if the account was delivered to the above Do bank account.

Meanwhile, in the foregoing manner, C, which is an organization of “Singing,” which was transmitted the account number, etc. of the D Bank in the name of the Defendant from the Defendant, was called to the victim H at a non-bank location around September 6, 2018, and repayment of existing loans in the I Bank is KRW 3.6% of the pension interest rate and KRW 34 million with the maturity of five years.
