Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall unlawfully use a registration number plate under the Motor Vehicle Management Act.

Nevertheless, around 13:00 on April 8, 2013, the Defendant illegally used a registration number plate by attaching D’s “E” registration number plate in front of the “C restaurant” located in B, as the Defendant owned.
