1. Defendant B
A. On December 25, 2016, the Defendant was driving a Drocketing car without obtaining a driver’s license from around 34 5 km in front of the Gosi-dong elementary school located at about 10:0,00,00 the Gu-si 1 Corporation, the Gu-si 1 Corporation, and 31-25,000, in front of the Gu-si 34,000, in the direction of about 5 km.
