On September 23:20, 2016, the Defendant driven a D Belgium car at around 25km-ro, the alcohol content of which is 0.159%, while under the influence of alcohol, from around September 23:20, 2016, to the 45-km digitalp road located in Samsung Pho-gun, the center of which is located in Samsung-gun B via his residence and a stone heading bathing beach located in the Nam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do., the Defendant driven a D Belgium car at around 0.159% of alcohol content in blood.
