Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for one year, and by imprisonment without prison labor for one year and six months, respectively.

, however, from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a person who is engaged in the duty of driving E rocketing taxi.

On August 11, 2017, the Defendant driven the above taxi on August 21, 2017, and proceeded to turn to the left at the intersection of school culture village at the entrance of “school culture village,” while driving a two-lane road of “G National Road No. 23” in the front letter of “G,” located in Pyeongtaek-gun F, Pyeongtaek-gun, in the front letter of Byeong-gu, along one-lanes.

At all times, a signal, etc. is installed, and the “non-protective left-hand turn” in the green straight line was an intersection, so there was a duty of care to prevent accidents on the left-hand turn by checking whether there are other vehicles entering the intersection after entering a green straight signal and checking the right and the left-hand turn.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and went to the left immediately after leaving the vehicle from the center line to the right side of the above taxi, due to the negligence that the Defendant continued to turn to the left at the right side of the green straight line without thoroughly examining the vehicle from the center line.

B(38 Does) shocked the front part of H rocketing passenger cars driven by B(38 Does).

Ultimately, the Defendant caused the death of the victim I (42) who was on board the said taxi due to the low-blood shock on the job, and caused the victim J(44 tax) of another passenger of the said taxi to die at the Plaintiff’s hospital located in K at around 00:32 on August 12, 2017.

2. Defendant B is a person who is engaged in H rocketing driving of a passenger car.

The Defendant operates the said car on a one-time basis, and has the two-lane “N” in front of the “N” in the Southern Hamp-gun M, a two-lane of “National Road No. 23” in the two-lanes of “N” in the front. The Defendant straighted the road along the two-lanes from the school shooting distance to the Hamp- Eup.
