Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall remove a motor vehicle registration number plate and its seal without obtaining permission from the competent government office.

Nevertheless, on September 28, 2019, the Defendant removed the number plate as hand to prevent C from operating the said taxi on the roads under the Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, and Yannam 2 from operating the said taxi.
