Punishment of the crime

On April 14, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment by the Ulsan District Court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, etc., and the execution of the sentence was terminated by the previous prison on September 16, 2012. On August 28, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to two years by the Ulsan District Court for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 12, 2014.

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Dok-in Vehicle) and the Road Traffic Act (Non-accidented Measures) are engaged in driving of Churd-purd vehicle;
