A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The defendant shall order the completion of the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant was under confinement with the victim E (a name, leisure, age 29) and about one year and three months, respectively.

On September 10, 2016, the Defendant found the victim's house at around 09:00, and was living together with the Defendant's house located in Gyeongnam-gun F in Gyeongnam-gun. On the same day, around 16:00 of the same day, the Defendant detained the victim's house for about 15 hours from around 16:0 to around 07:0 of the following day while the Defendant discovered records made the victim's cell phone with his former male-gu with his phone, and made a dispute with the other victim, while the victim was able to go out of the victim's house with "the victim would return to his house."

2. Rape;

A. On September 10, 2016, the Defendant: (a) detained the victim at the same place as indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1) at around 20:0, and, in the situation where the victim cannot resist, detained the victim by the foregoing method; (b) stated that “I am bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch,” and that the victim did not know how the victim expressed his/her intention of refusal as soon as possible “I Ra, son, I am

“The victim, who is in an impossible condition to resist frighten by intimidation, made the victim rapidly frighten the Defendant’s sexual organ, and forced the victim to frightly and put the Defendant’s sexual organ into the victim’s negative organ by force, and rape once.

B. Around 00:00 on September 11, 2016, the Defendant detained the victim at the same place as indicated in the above paragraph 1, and tried to see the situation in which the victim was unable to resist against the victim, and then forced the victim to scam the victim, and inserted the victim’s sexual organ into the victim’s negative part, thereby committing rape once.

The defendant is in the same place as described in the above paragraph (1) around 04:30 on the same day.
