Punishment of the crime

On April 20, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for three years and six months and a fine of 500,000 won in the Busan District Court due to night-time intrusion, larceny, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on June 17, 2015.

1. Night-time theft of buildings;

A. On September 8, 2015, at around 02:26, the Defendant: (a) opened a cafeteria operated by the Victim J in Cheongbuk-gun, Cheongbuk-do; and (b) intruded into the cafeteria and stolen cash amounting to KRW 100,000, which was owned by the victim, who was in the form of money receipt and disbursement.

B. From around 19:00 on September 24, 2015 to 20:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) opened a entrance at the Neomun parking lot box managed by the victim M of the victim L Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun; and (b) intruded the inside of the ticket office and stolen the cash owned by the victim, 20,000 won.

C. On September 24, 2015, at around 19:17, the Defendant: (a) opened a entrance at a Neomun shop operated by the victim O located in Gangwon Yangyang-gun L; and (b) intruded into the shop and stolen the cash owned by the victim, which was located in the singing shop, with the cash of KRW 120,000.

피고인은 2015. 9. 24. 19:17경부터 같은날 22:20경 강원 양양군 P에 있는 피해자 Q가 운영하는 ‘R’에 이르러 시정되어 있지 않은 창문을 열고 ‘R’ 안방까지 침입하여 그곳 서랍장 안에 있던 피해자 소유인 시가 50,000,000원 상당의 다이아 3캐럿 반지 1개, 시가 1,500,000원 상당의 큐빅 다이아몬드 귀걸이 1쌍, 시가 40,000,000원 상당의 금장 롤렉스 여자시계 1개, 시가 미상의 흑진주 백금반지 1개, 시가 10,000,000원 상당의 귀걸이 1세트, 시가 500,000원 상당의 금귀고리 1쌍, 시가 2,800,000원 상당의 금 1냥 목걸이 1개, 시가 1,500,000원 상당의 루비 귀걸이 1쌍과 그곳 간이 금고에 있던 피해자 소유인 현금 200,000원을 가지고 나와 절취하였다.
