E. The Plaintiff calculated the public charges following the use of the above auxiliary facilities in accordance with Article 16 of the instant Operating Convention and the relevant calculation basis clause, and filed a claim with the Defendant. The Defendant did not pay the public charges from November 2015.

F. On May 25, 2016, the Plaintiff revoked the instant permission to use the Defendant as of May 31, 2016.
