A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 20, 2014, around 00:55, the Defendant: (a) reported the assault that the Defendant was on the road in front of the Cju shop located in North Korea, and sent to the victim slope E (the age of 45) belonging to the D District, who was called the victim of the D District E (the age of 45) who was called up after having reported the assault that the Defendant was on the main employee on the road in front of the Cju shop located in North Korea; (b) and (c) on the ground that the victim’s frisome was frie, frie, kne, etc., who requires approximately two weeks of treatment.

As a result, the defendant injured the victim, and at the same time interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers with regard to the 112 reporting and withdrawal.
