A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

The Defendant, who became aware of the search on the Internet B site, sent a mind to purchase marijuana by linking C and smartphone hosting display D, which is a sales book for narcotics, which was known through the Internet B site search.

1. On August 9, 2018, the Defendant promised to purchase marijuana from the building E, F, and C in Ulsan-gu, the Defendant’s residence, and then transferred KRW 660,000 to the H bank account (Account Number I) in the name of “C” by using the “G”, which is a smartphone remittance c, at around 03:40 on the same day, the Defendant purchased marijuana, collecting 3 g of marijuana, which is concealed in the bicycle behind the bicycle located in the area adjacent to the Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Ulsan-si, the Defendant purchased it.

2. On August 20, 2018, the Defendant: (a) promised to purchase marijuana from C at the residence of the said Defendant; (b) sought to purchase marijuana by remitting KRW 350,000 to the account under the name of C by using “G” around 18:16 the same day; (c) however, C failed to inform the location of the hidden marijuana.

3. On September 5, 2018, the Defendant promised to purchase marijuana from C at the residence of the said Defendant, and transferred KRW 330,000 to the account under the name of C by using “G” at around 21:01 on the same day, and purchased marijuana by collecting KRW 1.5g, which is hidden on the postal box of the neighboring building of the Nam-guJ in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-si.

4. On September 12, 2018, the Defendant promised to purchase marijuana from C at the residence of the said Defendant, and then transferred KRW 190,000 to the account under the name of C by using “G” at around 18:45 on the same day, and purchased marijuana by collecting 1g of marijuana, which is concealed under the lower part of the building behind the building of “L” located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-si, Seoul.

5. On September 14, 2018, the Defendant promised to purchase marijuana from C at the place of residence of the said Defendant, and attempted to purchase marijuana by remitting it to N (O) accounts in the name of “M” designated by the said C, using “G” around 23:32, and around 23:48, 190,000 won on the same day.
