A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months and by a fine not exceeding ten thousand won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant leased the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Officetel 503, 504, 1218, 1312, and 1318, etc. and operated a commercial sex trafficking business establishment, “D,” and employed E, etc. as female employees.

The Defendant, around 17:00 on March 17, 2014, engaged in commercial sex acts, such as arranging commercial sex acts, by providing guidance to the said E and giving guidance to the male grandchildren who reported the advertisement and received KRW 1.30,00 from him/her about KRW 1312.

The type of business of this case shall be determined as per the order, comprehensively taking into account the business period, size of the business, the age, character and conduct, environment, etc. of the defendant.
