Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The co-principal defendant A is a field manager at the E-Road Packing construction site, which is run in (State)D, and the defendant B is the representative director of G who subcontracted the removal of the F-existing bridge and the installation of a stuff bridge among the above construction site.
The Defendants, at around December 2013, performed the work of removing the existing bridge and installing the gambling bridge from the access road to the Cheongdo-gun, Cheongdo-gun, Cheongdo-do-do around December, 2013, bypassing the vehicle into the right way instead of removing the existing bridge, the Defendants had a duty of care to perform the construction work after installing the PErum gate, which is equipped with water to prevent the passage through the entrance of the removed bridge, and installing a light light or a guide to inform the risk of falling at night, and installing the traffic safety facilities (the sign, the traffic guidance map, the work marking) from 100 meters before the construction site to the point of time.
