A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. 주거 침입 피고인은 2017. 7. 2. 03:40 경 대구 동구 B에 있는 세입자인 피해자 C( 여, 43세) 이 거주하는 202호 앞에서 술에 취해 현관문을 두드렸고, 피해자가 자녀들이 잠에서 깰 것을 염려하여 현관문을 열자 그 집 거실 안까지 들어가 피해자의 주거에 침입하였다.
