Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 9, 2008, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1 million for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act from the Seogu District Court Branch, and on August 19, 2010, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 2.5 million for the same crime from the same court.

1. Around 18:50 on January 10, 2014, the Defendant: (a) driven a CKa Star Cornel under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.066% from the 3km section to the front road of the KB National Bank located in Pyeongtaek-dong, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-si.

2. On January 10, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (hereinafter “Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents”), driving the said van on the 18:50 on the 10th of January 10, 201, followed by the straight distance in front of the KB National Bank in Pyeongtaek-dong, Seogu, Seo-gu.

There is a place where the center line of yellow solid lines is installed, so a person engaged in driving duty has a duty of care to keep signals and trains well and prevent accidents.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and went through an intersection under the influence of alcohol, and the victim D (the age of 19) driven by the Defendant for the purpose of booming the central line and soundinging the signal atmosphere in the opposite direction, received the front part of the E Abbbur XD car, which was driven by the Defendant, as the front part of the E-Abur XD car.

The Defendant, by such occupational negligence, suffered injury to the victim D, such as salt ties and tensions that require approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and injury to the victim F (the victim F (the 24 years old), such as salt dynasium and tensions that require approximately two weeks of medical treatment.
