A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On January 4, 2010, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 700,000 from the Daegu District Court to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) and a summary order of KRW 5 million from the Daegu District Court to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) on January 26, 2012, respectively.

(Criminal Facts)

1. Around 23:50 on October 20, 2013, the Defendant driven a B-Adi vehicle under the influence of alcohol with approximately 300 meters alcohol concentration 0.094% from the section of approximately 300 meters from the west-gu, Seo-gu, Daegu to the front road of the Korean bank located in the same Dong-dong.

On October 20, 2013, the Defendant driven the above Adidi-car on the 23:50 on October 20, 2013, and proceeded ahead of the new Li-ri-ri-ri-dong in Daegu-gu, Seo-gu, into the middle Li-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri

In this case, the driver of the motor vehicle has a duty of care to prevent accidents by driving the motor vehicle according to signals.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by such occupational negligence, suffered injury to the victim C, such as saved salt, which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and saves of the bones that requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment to the victim E, who is the passenger of the damaged vehicle.
