Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2.5 million won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 20, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor by obstructing the performance of special official duties at the Suwon Friwon, and the judgment became final and conclusive on March 26, 2018.

1. On November 22, 2017, the Defendant damaged the victim’s property by 100,000 won as incidental to the victim’s property owned by the victim E, a merchant of the building including the above business and the owner of the building jointly used by customers, on the ground that the owner of the D restaurant business on the first floor of the above building used to assault the Defendant’s mother before 5 to 6 years.
