A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 2, 2015, at a house located in Western-gun C around 00:35, 2015, the Defendant sold a unit-oriented image on the bulletin board “D”, a website sharing Internet files.

The phrase “B” posted a notice, and received 40,000 won from the SC Bank’s virtual account (G) in the name of F (G) from E, which reported and contacted, and provided the above E with a video file of a considerable amount of 9GB, such as a ramermera video file, in which women’s body is exposed to, and which was exposed to, the Defendant’s web site, such as, 17:39 on January 3, 2015, in which, after receiving 40,000 won from E in the same manner, E received wages from 40,00 won from E in the same manner, and then, E provided the Defendant with the 30-G web site, such as a picture recorded in the shape of an apartment bera, a picture recorded in the body of women in the toilet, and a video file, in which women sees the body of women in the toilet in Korea, such as 30,000 won, in which they were exposed to it.”

As a result, the Defendant distributed photographs taken against his/her will by using information and communications networks to a third party's body, which could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a camera or other similar mechanism.

2. On September 1, 2015, at around 22:11, the Defendant taken the body of another person, who may cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame, against his will, by using the Defendant’s cell phone camera function in front of the Hacheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Hacheon-gun, Hacheon-gun, for a shower by the victim I (33 years, women) who finished a shower and sit in his body inside the house, and by photographing the body of the female who sits down in his body with the wall width.
