Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is in office as a management director in the Dispute Resolution BankB, which is a temporary re-lease company.

On March 9, 2016, the defendant was awarded a successful bid by the auction at the Dispute Resolution Bank Co., Ltd. in August 2014, and the land was held in excess of the auction again on or around March 9, 2016, with the intention to steal the temporary materials owned by the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd. in the land kept.
