Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On November 22, 2014, at around 06:40, the Defendant driven a rocketing vehicle of about 3 km from the previous Do in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, to the 524th road, while under the influence of alcohol with a 0.124% alcohol concentration.
