Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who resides in the unauthorized mark village 85 in Gyeonggi-do.

At around 19:20 on October 12, 2013, the Defendant: (a) 19:20, at the kitchen located in the above residential area, used gas bags to raise lux State; and (b) when luxing water on the gas lux, when luxing the gas lux, water belonging to the kitchen was released so that a fire is likely to occur due to explosion of gas due to excessive heat; and (c) when a fire occurs due to a lux village where all households are closely attached, the Defendant carefully looked at the gas lux while leaving the gas lux; (d) without leaving the gas lux; and (e) without leaving the gas luxy; and (e) did so while drinking water while drinking water at the luxing lux State.

Along with the above gross negligence of the defendant, gas bags in 19:50 on the same day, and the kitchen of the defendant was frighted in the house of the defendant. As a result, the Defendant: (a) destroyed all the 16 households, such as E in the attached list of crimes, with a market price of 105,536,600 won, which is used as a residence; and (b) destroyed the f’s residence located in G, which is located in the vicinity of the market, with a repair cost of 1,50,000 won.
