1. As to each land listed in [Attachment 1, 2, and 4] to the Plaintiff by Defendant Mine Agricultural Cooperative.
Reasons
1. Determination on the cause of the claim
A. 1) On February 10, 1983, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer based on the reversion of rights with respect to forest B 3,494 square meters and C 3,531 square meters prior to Nam-gun, Nam-gun, Nam-do. 2) D was engaged in the duties concerning State property as a public official of the National Tax Service from November 20, 1971 to September 15, 1985.
D) As if E, one’s wife, purchased each land indicated in the above paragraph (1) from the Plaintiff on June 26, 1971, the sales contract, etc. was forged. Accordingly, on June 14, 1988, the registration of ownership transfer was completed with respect to each of the above land under the E’s name. On March 24, 1989, the transfer of ownership (sale on June 25, 1998), on April 12, 1989, the ownership transfer (sale on March 24, 1989), on March 8, 1993, the ownership transfer was divided into 3,475 square meters into H, Nam-gun, and the remaining portion of the land was reduced to 3,475 square meters on October 26, 2003 (sale on March 24, 1989), and the remaining portion of the land was reduced to 3,475 square meters on March 26, 2003.
(2) On June 28, 2016, each land listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1 through (3) is transferred under Defendant A’s name (the sale on June 23, 2016) with respect to the land listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1 through (3) on March 15, 2017, as to the transfer of ownership (the transfer of ownership on the land listed in the separate sheet No. 1 through (3) on March 15, 2017, as to each land listed in the separate sheet No. 1 through (3) on March 15, 2017, the transfer of ownership (the transfer of ownership on the land listed in the separate sheet No. 1 through (3) on August 4, 2017, the registration of the establishment of a mortgage and the creation of superficies under Defendant Mine Agricultural Cooperative’s name on the land listed in the separate sheet No. 3 on August 16, 2017.
