A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

around September 2012, the Defendant: (a) upon request from E and F to obtain an appropriate place to operate a game site in the open-to-sea; (b) entered into a contract with E and F by introducing a place where the game room is located in the 302 unit of the ASEAN; (c) from October 2012 to December 10, 2012, the E and F installed the marine open-to-door game machine in the above 302 unit of the G building and operated the game in such a way as to make it 10,000 won in cash per share acquired by customers and receive 10,000 won in exchange for money from the said E and F; and (d) from October 201 to December 10, 2012, the Defendant called the E and F to perform the speculative act in such a way as to make it easier for customers to do so; and (e) receive the money equivalent to 100,000 won in exchange for money.

Accordingly, the defendant assisted the speculative businesses of the above E and F.

The summary of the facts charged is that the Defendant was a person who had acted and acted as friendship with the police officers who control the illegal game room to ordinary people around ordinary people without a certain occupation. E, F, and H were operating an illegal game room in 302 of Asan City Building 302 from October 2012 to December 10, 2012.
