Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. The Defendant from November 6, 2012 to the same month.
8. From 11:00 to 11:00, while operating an illegal game room with no trade name on the second floor of the Daejeon Middle-gu Daejeon, the Minister of Health and Welfare installed 65 game machines in the sea, which are speculative electronic gaming machines not classified by the Game Rating Board, and provided it to many and unspecified customers for them to put 10,000 won in the game machine, and let them gain points automatically and exchange the remaining points after deducting 10% from the acquired points from commission. At the same time, the Minister of Health and Welfare carried on the speculative act using speculative electronic gaming machines.
B. 2. The Defendant B is the suspect B.

3. Defendant D and Defendant C are the Defendants No. 1.B.
After being aware that A, a business owner, who works for each employee at the time and place specified in the paragraph, has engaged in speculative activities as above, he/she shall control the entry by comparing with the CCTV installed outside the game room with the iron door, and by making the customer contact and the heart in the game room.
