Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On January 12, 2007, Defendant A was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Daejeon District Court's Incheon District Court's Branch on January 12, 2007, and was sentenced to a fine of five million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Suwon District Court on October 2, 2013.

1. Defendant A
A. From around 03:50 on April 25, 2015, the Defendant driven a Hho-ho-car in a state of under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.168% without obtaining a driver’s license from the front of F in Suwon-si E at Suwon-si to the front of the house in B located in the same Gu G from about 1km section to the road in front of the house in the same Gu.
B. On April 25, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 03:50 on April 25, 2015, when driving the said vehicle on the Ird Road in front of the Sugwon-si, the Defendant: (b) brought the victim’s face to the J (23 years of age) who walked the said vehicle; and (c) made the victim’s face to be taken by drinking the said vehicle.

On April 30, 2015, around 09:05, the Defendant made the said slope K to make a false statement from the Gyeonggi Military Police Station in the Gyeonggi Military Police Station in the Yeongdeungpo-gu, Suwon-gu, Seoul Metropolitan City, about 52, that he/she driven the said vehicle from the front of the said F to the front of the said B’s house. On the same day, the Defendant made the said slope K to the said slope K at the same place at around 11:16 on the same day, and made him/her false statement that he/she tried to park by driving the said vehicle around the roads in front of the said House.
Accordingly, the defendant is sentenced to the above B and C's penalty above fine.
