Punishment of the crime

Criminal facts
1. From August 12, 2013 to August 2, 2015, the Defendant habitually stolen property worth KRW 40,766,000, totaling 19 times the victims owned, from August 12, 2013 to August 2, 2015, including: (a) discovered that the victim D posted a key to the E-mail vehicle in the vicinity of the port-to-port Carryover (A); and (b) drive the said cargo, and (c) subsequently stolen property worth KRW 40,76,00,000, which is the victims’ possession, over 19 times, as indicated in the attached list of crimes.
2. Fraud or violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;
A. On April 9, 2015, around 01:34, the Defendant purchased 1 fluor tobacco equivalent to KRW 43,000 at the H convenience store operated by the victim G located in North-gu, North Korea at port, and used the fluor card that was stolen as indicated in the attached Table No. 4 in the list of crimes, using the fluort Card, which was the first-owned one, as indicated in the attached Table No. 4, and was issued tobacco from the victim believed the Defendant to be a legitimate user, and used the stolen fluor card.
B. On April 9, 2015, the Defendant purchased tobacco equivalent to KRW 45,00 at the market price at the L convenience store operated by the victim K in South-guJ at port, Nam-gu, Nam-si, and received tobacco from the victim who believed the Defendant to be a legitimate user using the I-owned Nowk Card in the same manner, and used the stolen ewk card.
C. On May 12, 2015, the Defendant purchased an article amounting to KRW 68,650,00, from the O convenience store working for the victim N in the north-gu M at the port of port on May 12, 2015, the Defendant himself/herself card of the community credit cooperatives, which was the Prupted P, as described in No. 7, in the attached list of crimes.
