A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes committed on January 24, 2013;

A. At around 19:40 on January 24, 2013, the Defendant driven B-be cargo vehicles with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.143% under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of about 30 meters from the front of the jun-si Chang-dong, E-si, Leecheon-si to the front of the jun-si nuclear power station.

B. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death and Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) was a person who is engaged in driving of freight vehicles B B, and at around 19:40 on January 24, 2013, the Defendant suffered from the injury of crypted by the victim C (the age of 45) due to the occupational negligence of driving the central line at a speed of about 50 km at a speed from the crym to the crym of the Cheongic Vibration Sea Station located in the Cheongcheon-si Chang-si, Chang-si, which is under the influence of alcohol without a driver’s license as stated in the above paragraph (a).
