A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 19, 2013, at around 08:00, the Defendant driven B Poter II truck without obtaining a driver's license from a vehicle parking lot in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Songpa-gu to a high-speed 50km road in front of the high-speed third-distance road located in the high-speed Gain-si, Songpa-gu, Seoul.
