Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On February 11, 2017, the Defendant driven the above car at around 17:40, and proceeded ahead of the 279-gil, Kimcheon-si, with the first line, with the front side of the 4-year tree paths, which is located in the 279-ro, Kimcheon-si.

There is a duty of care to make a person engaged in driving service not to make a left-hand turn according to the signal and instruction because it is a blind-distance intersection where a left-hand turn sign is installed on the surface and signal.

Nevertheless, the defendant has been driving the victim C(35 tax) who has been driving one lane in the opposite opposite lane by negligence when he neglected to turn to the left.

D Tlady XG’s front part of the car was received as the front part of the Defendant’s car.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered from the victim’s occupational negligence in the above four-day medical treatment by taking the third step to the right side of the following.

The instant traffic accident can not be seen as a minor contact accident, and the injury suffered by the victim is not easy.

However, the defendant is against the law.

The defendant has no history of criminal punishment.

The defendant is insured by the comprehensive automobile insurance.

In the above circumstances, the punishment shall be determined as per Disposition by comprehensively taking into account all the conditions of sentencing, including the defendant's age, sex, family relationship, and circumstances after the crime.
