Punishment of the crime

[Majority-related relationship] On January 20, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Gwangju District Court on January 20, 201 and completed the execution of the said sentence on May 27, 2017.

[Criminal facts] Even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he dealt with the Metrophographs (cophophones, hereinafter “copphones”) of a local mental medicine as follows.

1. At around 13:30 on July 25, 2017, the Defendant purchased 50,000 won for 1.4g of Handphones from F (one disposable injection 1,000g of 0.7g of 0.65g of 1,000 for 1,000,000,000 won for 1,000,000,000 won for 1,000,000 won for 1,000,000,000 won for 1,000,000,000 won for 1,000,000,000 won for 1,00,000,000 won for 1,000,000,000.

2. On July 25, 2017, the Defendant administered a philophone medication at a toilet for the Defendant’s residence of H206, Nam-gu, Incheon, Incheon, with approximately 0.05g of philophonephones purchased as stated in the foregoing 1. The Defendant injected it into a single-use injection machine, and melted it with water, and injected it into a slopped finger, etc.

3. On July 25, 2017, around 20:48, the Defendant filed a lawsuit against “J” in Gwangju-dong, Gwangju-gu, about 1.35g (one disposable injection device described in this 0.7g and one disposable injection device described in this 0.65g) purchased as the foregoing 1.35g (one disposable injection device).
