A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 26, 2017, at around 18:40 around 18:40, the Defendant was working in front of the C convenience store located in Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, by hand, D’s behind the road, which was then driven by the Defendant, from the border F belonging to the police station in Daegu-gu, Dong-gu, Seoul-dong, Police Station Earb, “Any person is required”;
