Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall intrude into an information and communications network without access authority or beyond permitted access authority, and no one shall damage another's information processed, stored, or transmitted through the information and communications network, or infringe, use, or divulge another's confidential information.

1. On October 2014, while preparing the National Health Insurance Corporation's new staff recruitment examination, the Defendant deleted the victim's support information by accessing the victim's four-day domain account and password to the victim's four-day domain account (D) and accessing the victim's four-day domain account, and the victim also applied for the same examination. From October 7, 2014 to October 22, 2014, the period for providing assistance to new staff of the National Health Insurance Corporation in the second half of the year 2014, which is between the defendant's residence located in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju and then accessing the victim's new staff's computer to the information and communications network that manages the details of the victim's support, and deleted the victim's support information by accessing the victim's new staff's personal identification number using the victim's computer to the information and communications network that manages the victim's support details on February 17, 2015 and 17:59 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant is an information and communication network which manages the victim support details of the victim's four-day account of the victim and the National Health Insurance Corporation's new staff website without access authority.
