Punishment of the crime

On August 17, 2012, at around 22:10, the Defendant driven a shower shower vehicle at around 1 meter in front of 907, a village in the Sinpo-ri Si in the Sin Kimpo-si, the Sinpo-ri Sin Kimpo-ri, a while under the influence of alcohol 0.053% of the blood alcohol concentration.
