Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On 20:50 on 08, 2013, the Defendant was demanded to present his/her identification card from B at the entrance and search stand at the entrance of the Gangseo Islands, which is located in the Songbuk-gu, Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do.

The Defendant illegally presented and used the C resident registration certificate in the name of the head of Chungcheongbuk-do, which is an official document held by the Defendant for the purpose of entering the casino of Gangwon-do, as one of his own.

Accordingly, the defendant used another person's resident registration certificate unlawfully and at the same time illegally held a resident registration certificate which is an official document.
